Existing Family Member
Please note that for family members, they may log in to the Mobile App log in using Singpass or Password.
For Singpass login:
Click on “Login with Singpass.”
Click on “Continue with Singpass.”
Click on “Approve” to retrieve your Singpass details.
Click on “I Agree” to approve the request from HomeTeamNS for member registration verification.
Once completed, you are successfully logged in.
For Password login:
Click on “Login with Password.”

Enter your username in the format DDMMYYYY + last 4 alphanumeric characters of your NRIC+ 0.
Example: 01021996123A0
Click on “Login.”
You will now be logged in successfully.
