How do I know if I am eligible to become a HomeTeamNS Member?

As a non-profit associate set up to recognise the invaluable contributions of the SIngapore Police Force (SPF) and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) NSmen, you will need to fulfil our eligibility criteria in order to become a member with us. 

An individual will be eligible as long as they fulfil the eligibility of one category below:

1. Ordinary Membership
   Includes all NSmen who are serving or have served in the Singapore Police Force (SPF) or Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
   
   
2. Associate Membership
   Includes all staff who are serving or have served in any of the Home Team Agencies under the Ministry of Home Affairs*.
   
   
3. Family Membership
   Includes all immediate family members (Spouse, Parents and Children^ only) of the Ordinary or Associate Member.
   
   
4. Social Membership
   Includes relatives or friends of the Ordinary or Associate Member under their recommendation.

*The Home Team Agencies includes: Singapore Police Force, Internal Security Department, Singapore Civil Defence Force, Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Singapore Prison Services, Central Narcotics Bureau, Home Team Academy, Home Team Science & Technology Agency, Casino Regulatory Authority and Yellow Ribbon Singapore.
^Do note that children are eligible to be a HomeTeamNS Member up until their 21st birthday. Only a 5-Year Membership Term is available for children aged below 5.
