As proof to your eligibility as a HomeTeamNS Member, we will require your submission of a supporting document during the membership application process.
Ordinary Member
To apply as an Ordinary Member, you will be required to submit a document that will proof that you are serving or have served under SPF or SCDF. The following documents are accepted:
- SPF/SCDF NS Identity Card,
- NS Booklet,
- SmartCard,
- Certificate of Conduct, or
- Letter of Discharge of NS Liability
Associate Member
To apply as an Associate Member, you will be required to submit a document that will proof that you are serving or have served under any of the Home Team Agencies under the Ministry of Home Affairs. The following documents are accepted:
- Warrant Card,
- Staff Pass,
- Letter of Appointment,
- 11B, or
- Payslip
Family Member
To apply as a Family Member, you will be required to submit a document to proof your immediate relationship with the Ordinary or Associate Member. The following documents are accepted:
- For Spouse: Marriage Certificate
- For Parents: Birth Certificate of the Ordinary/Associate Member
- For Children: Birth Certificate of the Child
Social Member
To apply as a Social Member, you will be required to be endorsed/recommended by an Ordinary or Associate member. The Recommender has to login through the Members Portal, followed by My Account>Add Family/Social Member to complete the application.
