The security of our data is of utmost importance to us which is why we've implemented a verification stage when you update your personal contact details with us via our Update Portal here.
Once you've entered the Update Portal, you'll be required to enter your Partial NRIC and Date of Birth to generate your unique token. This will allow us to ensure that we update the correct profile on our system and that your contact details will belong to you.
Upon generation of your unique token, you will be requested to update the following information with us:
- Mobile
When you update your Mobile with us, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to you via SMS. Only a match in the OTP will allow you to proceed to the next stage. - Email
When you update your Email with us, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to you via email. Only a match in the OTP will allow you to proceed to the next stage. - Address
We've implemented an API where your address will be automatically populated to prevent any typos.
