Things to Note:

• For every paying child, 1 adult gets to enter for free.
• Off Peak: Tuesday to Thursday (excluding Eve of Public Holidays/Public Holidays/School Holidays).
• Peak: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays, School & Gazette Holidays.

For Savers Pass- T-Play

*All prices inclusive of 9% GST.

• Each Savers Pass consist of 15 play passes which will be tagged to one user and are non-transferable.
• Customers must make purchases using their child's name and date of birth.
• One year validity upon purchase.
• No refund or rescheduling is allowed when the savers pass has been utilized in a confirmed booking.
• No refund upon successful payment of the savers passes.
• No extension of savers passes expiry date if savers pass is not fully utilized.
• Able to utilize the savers pass at T-Play Bukit Batok & T-Play Khatib only.
• Online bookings are required to book a play session and utilize the savers pass.
• Participants are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the session for registration. Extension of play will not be given for any late arrivals and no refunds will be provided.
• Participants who identify themselves to be unwell are advised to keep the mask on. Management reserves the right to deny entry should we deem the condition to be unfit for the safety of our visitors.

How to buy and use Savers Pass?

1. Select T-Play Bukit Batok
2. Select Savers Pass
3. Login to the booking platform as Child (Registration of Savers Pass)
4. Confirm information and proceed with payment.
5. Save the unique serial number
6. Book T-Play Play Session
7. Under [Savers Pass], choose [Yes]
8. Key in the unique serial number and select [Yes]
9. Complete the booking process. 

*Do remember to include 1 adult when booking a Play Session.
