How to book
You can make a booking by downloading our HomeTeamNS Mobile App or any of our self-help kiosks to access the booking function.
You can also find ‘Click Here to Book Your Slot’ on our T-Play Website.
Do I need to pre-book my T-Play session?
Yes, bookings are required to be done in advance to avoid delays and disappointment.
This will ensure that our facility do not exceed the max capacity limit and that guests will still be able to enjoy the session in a comfortable setting.
Can I make multiple bookings?
Yes, you are able to book multiple sessions.
However, you are required to leave the playground for interval cleaning*.
*Interval cleaning- In order to ensure cleanliness for all participants, scheduled cleaning will take place 15mins before the session ends
What happens if I arrive late for my session?
You will still be allowed to enter T-Play. However, we will not be able to extend the play session duration.
How long is the play session?
Each play session is 2 hours.
How many adults can accompany the kids into T-Play?
1 pass entitles 1 kid and 1 adult to enter the playground. Do include the number of adults in your booking. Rates are applicable for any additional adult.
Can I arrive earlier for my booked session?
You may only arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier to redeem your wrist tag(s).
Do T-Play members get priority bookings?
Yes, T-Play members will be able to pre-book their slots 30 days in advance.
Guest can book their slots 1 week in advance.
What do I need to do after booking the play session?
You will have to download the QR code attached to the confirmation email and scan it at any of our self-help kiosks to redeem the wrist tag for you and your child(s) at T-Play.
