What is the Cancellation Policy (East Villa @ Bedok Reservoir) ?

For East Villa (Bedok Reservoir): 

There will be no refunds for cancellation of bookings, no shows, late or missed sessions. 

You may only amend your booking due to compassionate or medical reasons. Please note that all requests are subject to management approval. Decision is final and no appeal shall be entertained.
