For East Villa (Bedok Reservoir)

Check-in time : from 3 pm – 6 pm.

Check-out time: from 9 am – 10 am.

Please note:

Process for check-in /check-out will take up to 15 minutes.
Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
Check-in can only be done though the main booker's HomeTeamNS mobile app/account or the authorised person’s account at the Villa concierge.
Security deposit of $200 by credit card will be required upon check-in. (Payment will be on hold)
Strictly no smoking and no pets is allowed in the villa premises and clubhouse.
Rental item can only be requested upon check in subjected to availability.

There will be complimentary WIFI access. Guidelines will be provided during check-in.
