Is there a Security Deposit (East Villa @ Bedok Reservoir)?

There will be a security deposit of SGD $200 per Villa booking payable via Debit or Credit Card only upon check-in.

The deposit will be refunded back to the original payment method within 14 working days after inspection upon check-out.

Should items be found damaged/lost/missing, our staff will contact you via phone call and email.

The security deposit will be on hold until payment has been made.
