What is the Cancellation Policy (West Villa @ Bukit Batok) ?

For West Villa (Bukit Batok): 

There will be no refund for cancellation of bookings, no shows, late or missed sessions. 

You may only amend your booking due to compassionate or medical reasons with an administrative fee of $21.60 . Please note that all requests are to be submitted 3 working days in advance and subject to management approval. Decision is final and no appeal shall be entertained.
