Can I request a change in package, postponement of dates or refund for my tickets?

HomeTeamsNS has a strict no-refund policy. However, rescheduling of bookings is permitted. With effect from 1 January 2023, an administrative fee of $21.80 (Rates are inclusive of 9% GST) will be charged per booking for date change requests within 1 month from initial date of booking, subject to availability. To request a date change, please reach out to us via email at [e-mail].
