Operating hours for our Event Spaces are from 0900 to 2200 hours.
All events are to end by 2200 hours.
2. What are the event spaces available for booking?
The event spaces at the clubhouse includes 3 Thinking Spaces and 2 Ballroom / 1 Grand Ballroom.

3. What are the event timings / time slots like?

Do note:
1. Timings are subjected to availability
2. A minimum booking of 4 hours is required
3. There will be a complimentary 1 hour given for Pre-event Set-Up
4. How far in advance can I place my booking?
Advanced booking for Event Spaces can be made up to 6 months prior to event date.
All slots are subjected to availability.

5. Can we view the event spaces?
Yes! We will be happy to give you a tour of our spaces.
Simply submit us a request to book a viewing appointment here: [Request]. Our sales team will be in touch with you within 3 working days.
6. How do I secure my event date?
A deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the event date.

7. What are your rates like?

8. Do you allow live food stations?
Any food stations involving live fire will not be allowed.
Other food station services has to be approved by our management prior to the event.
9. Do you provide food catering?
Yes, we have a list of preferred caterers for your consideration. You may take a look at our list of caterers [here]
10. Can I engage my own vendor for catering?
Unfortunately, only internal caterers are allowed for Ballroom Bookings.
However, we do allow external catering for our Thinking Spaces. A levy of $150++ will be imposed. Caterers must have a valid SFA Food Catering license.
11. Do you allow Live performances?
Yes, we do! Kindly check with our sales team for the types of live performances allowed.
12. Is there any restrictions to the type of activities that can be carried out in the facility?
Yes, facilities should not be used for any political, religious, or dubious purposes.
No religious ceremonies, practices and/or activities are to be carried out.
13. What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits made are non-refundable.
