What are the booking slots for Adventure HQ?

Each time slot is 3 hours and 30 minutes. After each session, there will be a 30-minute mandatory disinfecting period. Next session will resume after thorough disinfection.

You can purchase tickets via HomeTeamNS Mobile app or Adventure HQ website

We advise all our Adventure seekers to book your slots in advance to avoid disappointment and secure your slot. 

1. Available Time Slots

Monday:
CLOSED. Excluding Public Holidays, eve of Public Holidays & School Holidays that falls on a Monday.

Tuesday:
2PM – 5.30PM

Wednesday – Friday:
2PM – 5.30PM | 6PM – 9.30PM

Saturday, Sunday, School Holidays & Public Holidays:
10AM – 1.30PM | 2PM – 5.30PM | 6PM – 9.30PM

2. How many attendees are allowed in one booking?

Adventure HQ allows a maximum of 5 attendees in one booking.

3. Can I book my session on the day itself?

Yes, you can book through the HomeTeamNS Mobile app or Adventure HQ website

4. Can I book my preferred slot on the day itself and in person?

All bookings and transactions are made online.

Especially during our peak periods (afternoons on most days, school holidays & Public holidays), we advise all our Adventure seekers to book your slots in advance to avoid disappointment and secure your slot. 

5. When can I start making an advanced booking?

For HomeTeamNS members:  Bookings are open one month prior. 

For Affiliate* members/ Guests: Bookings are opened 14 days prior to the preferred date. For example, if you intend to make a booking for 14th April 2021, it will be available for booking on 1st April 2021, 12am onwards.

* Affiliate members are for members of SAFRA or PASSION. Please verify your membership on our portal here before proceeding on with your bookings.

6. Why can't I select the time slot that I want?

Time slots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, the chosen time slot may be fully booked. Adventure HQ has a 150 pax capacity  limit for each session.
